Rikard Bengtsson是瑞典隆德大学的政治科学副教授、欧洲研究中心副主任以及欧洲事务硕士项目主任。他的主要研究领域是全球政治秩序、地区主义与地区安全及欧盟外部行动。他曾在瑞典国际事务研究院以及马尔默大学学院任职，2009年秋曾在南非斯泰伦博什大学作访问教授。
Rikard Bengtsson (Ph D Political Science, 2000) is Associate Professor of Political Science, Deputy Director of the Centre for European Studies and Programme Director for the master’s programme in European Affairs at Lund University, Sweden. His main research interests include global political order, regionalism and regional security, and EU external action. He has held previous positions at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs and Malmo University College, Sweden. During the fall of 2009, he was a Visiting Professor at Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
