Javier ALFONSO-GIL教授是马德里自治大学的经济学与经济发展教授。他的研究兴趣包括发展理论、制度经济学以及公共政策评估，有经济发展及制度变迁的相关著作和多篇论文发表。
Javier ALFONSO-GIL is Professor of Economics and Economic Development at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. His research interests cover the fields of development theory, institutional economics and evaluation of public policy. He has written several books and articles on issues concerning economic development and institutional change.
