Antonio Vazquez-Barquero教授是马德里自治大学的经济学教授。他的研究兴趣包括内生发展、工业区及创新环境相关空间生产组织研究、创新经济学以及地区发展政策。Vazquez-Barquero教授曾在经济合作与发展组织和欧盟委员会工作，并在欧盟、经合组织、世界银行、国际劳工组织和联合国与区域发展项目等国际组织担任顾问。他最近的著作有：《内源发展的领土政策》、《多中心地区，经济发展的战略地版图》、《内源发展》和《新发展力量》等。
Antonio Vazquez-Barquero is Professor of Economics at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. His research interests cover the fields of endogenous development, spatial organization of production including industrial districts and innovative milieus, economics of innovation, and local development policy. He has served on committees of international organizations, such as the OECD and the EU, and has worked as a consultant for the EU, OECD, World Bank, ILO and United Nations projects related to regional development, technological change and the organization of local production systems.
Among his recent books include Territorial Policy for Endogenous Development (World Scientific, Singapore and London), Polycentric Regions, Economic Development Strategic Territory (Santiago de Compostela), Endogenous Development (Routledge, London and New York) and New Development Forces (Antoni Bosch Editor, Barcelona).
