宋英副教授任教于北京大学法学院，同时兼任北京大学欧洲研究中心副主任。她的研究领域为：国际法、欧洲联盟法、条约法及国际环境法。宋英副教授的主要著作及论文有：译著《欧洲联盟法概论》（北京大学出版社1996）、The Treaty-Making Powers of the European Economic Communities, Chinese Yearbook of International Law, 1992; Review of European Legal Studies in China, European Institute, Chinese Academy of Social Science, 2001.
Ms. Song Ying is Associate Professor of School of Law, Peking University and Deputy Director of Center for European Studies. Her main research interests are International Law, European Union law, Law of Treaties and International Environmental Law. She has published An Introduction to the EU Law (translated), Chinese Yearbook of International Law, 1992; Review of European Legal Studies in China, European Institute, Chinese Academy of Social Science, 2001.
