Prof. Daniele Checchi is Dean of the Political Sciences School, University of Milan. His research mostly focuses on social equality, economic institution and educational policy of European countries, etc.
Daniele Checchi教授是意大利米兰大学政治学系系主任。他的研究领域主要包括：欧洲各国社会平等状况、经济制度、教育政策等等。

Introduction：
The scope of this lecture is to offer a general view on how labour market institutions can be represented and measured in a cross country perspective. Their impact on economic behaviour is the assessed by observing the ensuing distribution of resources.
本次讲座主要提供一个从跨国的角度理解劳工市场制度可以被代表和被衡量的概况。它们对经济行为的影响可以通过观察随之发生的资源分配来评估。
