Rikard Bengtsson is Associate Professor of Political Science and Deputy Director of the Centre for European Studies and Programme Director for the master’s programme in European Affairs at Lund University, Sweden. His main research interests include global political order, regionalism and regional security, and EU external action.
Rikard Bengtsson是瑞典隆德大学政治学系副教授、欧洲学中心副主任。他的研究兴趣包括全球政治秩序、地方主义和区域安全、欧盟的外部影响等。
内容简介：
Introduction：
This lecture focuses on various aspects of the political dynamics of the European Union. It analyzes formal and informal decision-making processes in the EU, paying special attention to the system of constantly ongoing negotiations on various levels of the organisation. The lecture also problematizes the drivers of and obstacles to European integration, discusses major political decisions and developments in key policy areas and introduces a set of regional integration theories. The lecture furthermore takes on the complex relationship between the different political levels in Europe (macro-regional/European, national, sub-national) by employing the concept of Europeanization, underlining the dynamic effects of European processes on national contexts and the relevance of domestic politics for outcomes on the European level. Public opinion patterns and the issue of European identity are also discussed.
本次讲座关注欧盟政治动态的方方面面。讲座将分析欧盟正式和非正式的决策机制，尤其关注不同层面机构之间频繁发生的协调机制。我们会探讨欧洲一体化的推动因素和阻碍因素，讨论在主要领域的政治决策及其发展，介绍一系列地区一体化理论。我们会进一步通过引进欧化概念、强调欧洲一体化进程对民族国家及其国内政治走向欧洲层面的动态影响来探讨欧洲不同政治层面（宏观层面的欧洲、欧洲各国以及地方）的复杂关系。此外，讲座也会涉及到民意形式和欧洲认同问题的相关讨论。
